Competition Set Up
Each school holidays, Springwood Scorchers will be hosting a friendly 3v3 tournament as a unique event to keep players game ready in a fast paced, high-octane day of fun! It will be a single day tournament, with the age groups U13s, U16s, U19s and Opens (for girls and boys each), with the cut off birth date being the date of the tournament itself.
October Holiday Competition Information
Springwood Scorchers are hosting our October 3v3 Tournament this coming holidays. The details for the competition are:
Date: Monday 2nd October
Time: 4:30pm – draws will be released on the Friday 31st September (we expect to start lower age groups around 12pm, but this could move earlier or later depending on numbers)
Location: Blaxland High School Sports Stadium
Age groups: U13, U16, U19 and Opens (all for both girls and boys)
Costs: $80 TEAM nomination fee upon online registration (not individual)
Uniforms: Teams must wear and provide their own uniform (matching coloured t-shirts and singlets are accepted, we can add numbers on the day).
Registration Process
The registration process involves a team nomination ($80 at the time of registration), and then adding players to the team via a separate online form. These forms are available for our October Tournament here.

3v3 Rules
Our competition will abide by the FIBA 3X3 rules, which can be found here. Prior to the competition, all players will need to be familiar with the rules, as ignorance of the rules will not warrant any changed calls/complaints.
